Important – regarding quality:
Due to manual production and demanding handling (especially true for medium and large jumbo planters), the planters may have abrasions, minor or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the planter’s quality and does not constitute a defect. The planters are not surface-perfect; small color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for a complaint.

- For outdoor use, a hole must be drilled in the planter; for indoor use, do not plant directly into the cover (use a plastic insert – for most planters, this can be purchased separately).
- For better water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.
- The planter has a double bottom, which allows it to be used as a tall trough.
- Black planters lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends coating the planters with a special oil 2–4 times a year to maintain and renew the color. This oil can be purchased in the accessories section.
