Due to handmade production and demanding handling (especially for medium and large jumbo planters), planters may have abrasions, small or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the planter’s quality and not a defect. The surface of the planters is not perfect; minor color deviations or different shades in places are not grounds for complaint.

- Black planters will lose their black color over time. The manufacturer recommends coating the planters 2-4 times a year with a special oil to maintain and restore the color, which can be purchased in the accessories section.
