The SUNWING® CASA side parasol from the Swiss brand Glatz can be tilted horizontally at a 45° angle to either side and is rotatable around its axis by a full 360°. It is easy to operate and compact. Self-tensioning joints ensure perfect tensioning of the canopy throughout the lifetime of the parasol and the canopy. We provide warranty and post-warranty service and spare parts for Glatz parasols.



Parasol canopy:
  • 100% polyester 220 g/m2, various colors, UPF 50+ protection level
  • 100% polyester 250 g/m2 (grade 4 quality), colors according to the sample chart, UPF 50+ protection level
  • 100% acrylic 300 g/m2 (grade 5 quality), colors according to the sample chart, UPF 50+ protection level
  • The current Glatz color sample chart is available in our showroom or we can send it to you by email in PDF format

Parasol pole/frame:
  • pole diameter: 55 mm

  • "Self-tensioning" at the rib ends: perfect canopy tension – Glatz parasol canopies always remain perfectly taut even after years of use

  • can be rotated around its axis (up to 360°) by releasing the lock at the bottom of the pole
  • precise workmanship, excellent appearance

Suitable accessories and extras:
  • parasol stand: minimum load 90 kg (not included with parasol)
  • the parasol can be anchored into the ground – appropriate anchor must be purchased separately (not included with parasol)
  • protective cover: included with the product and the parasol price
  • lighting (not included with parasol)

Other dimensions:
  • total height (from the bottom edge of the pole to the highest point of the parasol when closed): 240 cm
  • height from the bottom edge of the pole to the lower edge of the parasol roof (when the parasol is open): 205 cm
  • minimum size of concrete base when anchoring the parasol into the ground: 60x60x40 cm (LxWxH)
