For outdoor use, a drainage hole must be drilled in the planter. For indoor use, do not plant directly into the outer shell (use a plastic insert—available for purchase for most planters).
For improved water drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of riser feet.

Important – re. quality:
Due to handcrafted production and demanding handling (especially with medium-sized and large jumbo planters), the planters may show scuffs and minor to moderate scratches. This is a normal characteristic of the planter’s quality and is not considered a defect. The surface is not intended to be flawless; slight colour variations or occasional tonal differences are not grounds for a complaint.
