The warranty does not cover leakage. The planter is suitable for outdoor use only.
For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a drainage hole in the planter.
For better drainage, we recommend purchasing a set of support feet.

Important – regarding quality:
Due to handmade production and challenging handling (especially applies to medium and large jumbo planters), the planters may have scuffs, small or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the planter’s quality and does not constitute a defect. The surfaces of the planters are not flawless, minor color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.
