The warranty does not cover leakage. The planter is suitable exclusively for outdoor use.
For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a hole in the planter for water drainage.
This type of planter has a molded elevated rim on the bottom, which substitutes for feet, so it is not necessary to purchase or otherwise add elevation for drainage.
Planters in black color lose their black hue over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2-4 times a year to maintain and restore the color, available for purchase in the accessories section.

Important - regarding quality:
Due to handcrafting and demanding handling (applies especially to medium and large jumbo planters), the pots may have scuffs, small or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the planter's quality and is not considered a defect. The planters are not perfectly finished on the surface; slight color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.
