The warranty does not cover leaking. The flower pot is intended exclusively for outdoor use.
For outdoor use, it is necessary to drill a drainage hole in the pot.
This type of pot has a molded raised rim on the bottom that substitutes for feet, so it is not necessary to purchase or otherwise add elevation for drainage.
Black pots will lose their color over time. The manufacturer recommends applying a special oil 2-4 times a year to maintain and restore the color; this oil is available for purchase in the accessories section.

Important - regarding quality:
Due to handmade production and challenging handling (especially true for medium and large jumbo pots), the pots may have abrasions, minor or medium scratches. This is a normal part of the pot’s quality and is not considered a defect. The surface of the pots is not perfectly flawless; minor color variations or occasional different shades are not grounds for complaint.
